🎟️ Disabled visitor prices

Visitors with a disability get a reduced rate on presentation of proof.

Category Dated ticket (online, from) Gate
Adult with a disability (11 and over) €34 €38
Child with a disability (3 to 10) €27 €31
Under 3 Free Free

The annual ZooPass is also cheaper for disabled visitors: €10 off the Standard, €15 off the Premium. See the full price list.

📄 Which proof to bring from the UK?

The ZooParc lists the French documents it accepts: the Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI), a disability card or a priority card, during their period of validity. It does not say which foreign documents are accepted.

Our advice for UK visitors: bring official proof of your disability (for example a Blue Badge or a benefits award letter) and contact the ZooParc before booking the reduced rate, on +33 2 54 75 50 00. Proof is checked at the entrance.

👥 What does a companion pay?

A companion pays the adult rate: €39 online, €43 at the gate. There is no free entry for companions.

Other concessions: there are none

According to the ZooParc, there is no concession for students, large families, unemployed people or military personnel, and no senior rate. The only concession is for people with disabilities.

The easiest way for everyone else to pay less is the dated online ticket: see cheap tickets and discounts.

♿ Accessibility in the park

Most of the park is accessible to people with reduced mobility, except some paths with very steep slopes. These are signposted on site and marked on the map handed out at the entrance.

  • The two show amphitheatres have access ramps leading to spaces reserved for wheelchairs
  • The paths are shaded by trees, with many benches for breaks
  • Lifts and toilets are marked on the official map

🦽 Wheelchair and pushchair hire

Equipment Price Deposit
Wheelchair €12 per day €200 cheque
Pushchair €9 per day ID and €200 deposit (card or cheque)

Wheelchairs must be booked by phone on +33 2 54 75 50 00. Equipment is available at the entrance, in limited numbers.

Good to know: the ZooParc asks for a cheque as the wheelchair deposit. Most UK visitors do not have a French cheque book: ask how to leave the deposit when you book.

🅿️ Disabled parking

Spaces reserved for disabled visitors are near each entrance. Parking is free for everyone.

Good to know: from 16 November 2026 to 5 February 2027, the South entrance is closed and entry is via the North entrance. Plan your parking accordingly.

🦮 Guide and assistance dogs

Guide and assistance dogs are admitted to the ZooParc, with some exceptions. The ZooParc's own pages differ on the list:

  • Its practical information page: the tropical greenhouses, the Heights of China and the Equatorial Dome
  • Its FAQ: only the walk-through areas of the Equatorial Dome, where visitors share the space with the bats

Check with the ZooParc before your visit. For other dogs: Beauval zoo with a dog.

Note: the Keeper for a Day activities are not suitable for people with disabilities, according to the ZooParc, for safety reasons.
