Our favourite: Le Canard Toqué 🦆

Terrace of Le Canard Toqué restaurant at Bucolia, ZooParc de Beauval

The Bucolia restaurant, opened in 2026, is in a building inspired by the farms of the Sologne and Berry regions, with a terrace in the heart of the territory. Regional produce, dishes from €12.50.

Our view: the right place for a proper lunch break. The Zen Pass (€15, valid until 15 November in 2026) gives priority access, as it does at Le Flamingo.

🍦 Quick bites

The 2026 map lists many snack outlets, including:

  • Crêperie La Roseraie: galettes, crêpes, sandwiches, salads

  • Le Serengeti: grills and kebabs, in the Land of the Lions
  • Les Orangs-outans: pasta, salad bar

  • Le Walbiri: hot dogs, nachos, waffles

Good to know: not every outlet is open all year round. Check on site or in the Beauval app which ones are open on the day of your visit.

Our tips for eating well 💡

  • On busy days, the ZooParc advises eating before 12.30pm or after 2pm: make the most of it and visit while others eat
  • Book your slot at Le Canard Toqué or Le Yasuni
  • Bring a water bottle and snacks for the children
  • Remember: French lunchtime is usually around 12 to 2pm, so restaurants are busiest then

In the evening: the hotel buffets 🌙

The Beauval hotels each have an all-you-can-eat evening buffet: €29 per adult at Les Jardins (Le Tegallalang), Les Pagodes (Le Sichuan) and Les Hauts (Le Masaï Mara), €27 per adult at Le Veracruz at Les Rivages. The Les Jardins buffet is also open to non-residents, by booking.

🧺 What about a picnic?

Picnics are not allowed inside the ZooParc. Picnic areas are provided outside, near the entrance.

To go out and come back, ask for a re-entry stamp at the open entrances, at the kiosk under the giant screen or at the central gate. Everything to know: picnics at the ZooParc.
